What is Qigong?
Qigong uses slow and harmonious movements to enable free and powerful flow of the vital energy (“Qi”), to relax and heal body and mind. Max Weier, Switzerland, has been practicing qigong, meditation and yoga for over thirty years. He has been a student of Daoist and Buddhist masters in Asia and has studied traditional yoga in the Himalayas of Kashmir. Over the last two decades Max has been teaching worldwide (Europe, Asia, USA, Africa).

QIGONG: Experiencing QI – an introduction into Qigong
Through simple Qigong exercises we open our body, strengthen and expand our Qi (life-force) and deeply calm our mind.
Saturday 16th March Mini-workshop from 10am to 12pm R350

QIGONG – Finding the center of power and realigning head, heart and belly
In this mini-workshop we learn how to build up our qi (life-force) and how to ground ourselves. Furthermore we are shown how to open and realign the three main energy fields of head, heart and belly. The realignment allows us to live our life more fully and fluidly.

YOGA in the Kashmir Tradition – the subtle Yoga of Prana & Space
This physically simple yoga aims at the re-orchestration of our inner energy (prana). We will discover our body to be light, flexible and expanded in space. The workshop consists of moving asanas, pranayama and deep relaxation.
A manual with all the exercises will be handed out.
